Family get together for the holidays this year was all the way across the country in Dillon Beach, which I have to say was quite a nice beach for being named after me ;)
We took a short day trip drive over to Bodega Bay to get out of the house while the weather was holding up and were rewarded with some scenic views
Despite being a dreary gray day the rolling hill farmland was still a nice view and reminded me of Ireland and New Zealand.
The next day it was foggy and rainy all day again but it made for some very moody images of these rocks that look straight out of a movie set.
